Andria has had the pleasure of working closely with the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation for nearly three years as the Project Manager for the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Data Network (PMS_DN) in both Phase I and Phase II. She enjoys supporting the Foundation in deepening its relationships with the families it serves while developing a critical evidence-base for the value of engaging families in all parts of the research enterprise. She has worked for nearly ten years in the academic, federal and nonprofit sectors advancing maternal and child health in the fields of public health, research and health care. She has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in biology from the George Washington University and a Master of Science in Public Health in reproductive, perinatal and women’s health and a certificate in public health informatics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
